We want you to love your Infraglow device and feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we’re here to help.

7-Day Return Policy

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your device for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.

The product must not show signs of excessive wear or damage caused by misuse.

To initiate a return, please contact us at infraglow101@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

Please note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

1-Year Warranty

All Infraglow devices are backed by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects

Internal electrical failures

Device malfunctions not caused by user error or physical damage

This warranty does not cover:

Damage due to misuse, accidents, drops, or unauthorized repairs

Cosmetic wear and tear (e.g., scratches, stains)

If you believe your device is faulty and within warranty, contact us with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. If approved, we will repair, replace, or refund your device at our discretion.
